Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeedAgent ("Service," "Platform," or "LeedAgent"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

LeedAgent provides a personal page builder platform that enables users to create, customize, and publish professional pages using AI-powered tools and customizable templates.

Account Terms

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account

Account Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must not create accounts for others without permission

Account Types

  • Starter: 3 sites, 20 pages per site, 50 AI generations per month
  • Professional: 10 sites, 50 pages per site, 300 AI generations, 5 A/B tests
  • Agency: 50 sites, 200 pages per site, 1500 AI generations, 20 A/B tests, white-label options

Acceptable Use Policy

You May

  • Create personal or professional pages
  • Use AI tools to generate content
  • Connect custom domains
  • Publish pages publicly
  • Use templates and customization tools
  • Run A/B tests on your pages
  • Embed your pages on other websites

You May Not

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Create pages with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to breach security measures
  • Use the Service for spam or phishing
  • Scrape or copy other users' content
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
  • Reverse engineer the platform

Content Guidelines

  • You are responsible for all content you create
  • Content must not violate intellectual property rights
  • Content must not contain hate speech or discrimination
  • Content must not promote illegal activities
  • Content must comply with applicable laws

  • 100,000 monthly page views
  • 5 A/B test with 3 variants
  • 100 MB max video file
  • 10 min max video length
  • Unlimited email campaigns
  • 10,000 emails per month
  • 15,000 CRM contact capacity
  • 30,000 monthly conversation messages
  • 10 calendar groups
  • 10 connected social accounts
  • Advanced analytics
  • Priority support

Agency Plan Limits

  • 50 sites
  • 200 pages per site
  • 1500 AI generations per month
  • 5.12 GB storage
  • 500,000 monthly page views
  • 20 A/B tests with 5 variants each

  • Unlimited email campaigns

Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that:

  • Exceed reasonable usage patterns
  • Impact service stability
  • Violate acceptable use policies
  • Abuse AI generation features

Payment Terms

Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing

Starter Plan

  • Trial terms and first-charge terms follow your selected plan details
  • Limited features and usage
  • Can upgrade to paid plan at any time

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Service credits may be issued for significant downtime

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Effective immediately, pro-rated billing
  • Downgrades: Effective at next billing cycle
  • Downgrading may result in loss of content if exceeding new plan limits

Late Payment

  • Account may be downgraded to the lowest available active plan
  • Account termination after 30 days of non-payment

Service Availability

Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Third-party service issues
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Force majeure events

Scheduled Maintenance

  • Announced 24 hours in advance when possible
  • Typically during low-usage periods
  • Critical security updates may be applied immediately

Content and Data

Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all content you create
  • You grant us license to host and display your published content
  • You are responsible for backing up important content
  • You must have rights to any content you upload

Our Responsibilities

  • Implement reasonable security measures
  • Encrypt data in transit and at rest
  • Maintain backups for disaster recovery
  • Comply with applicable privacy laws

Published Content

  • Pages you publish are publicly accessible
  • Published content may be indexed by search engines
  • You can unpublish or delete pages at any time
  • Deleted content is removed within 24 hours

Data Export

  • You can export your page content at any time
  • Export formats: HTML, JSON
  • Contact support for bulk data exports

Data Deletion

  • Account deletion removes all data within 30 days
  • Published pages are taken offline immediately
  • Backups are purged after 90 days

Intellectual Property

Our IP

  • LeedAgent platform, code, templates, and design are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP
  • Our trademarks may not be used without permission
  • Templates are licensed for use within the platform only

Your IP

  • You retain all rights to content you create
  • You grant us license to display and host your content
  • We do not claim ownership of your content
  • Content created with AI tools belongs to you

AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated using our AI tools is owned by you
  • You are responsible for AI-generated content
  • We do not guarantee originality of AI-generated content
  • Review and edit AI content before publishing
